Help And Community

You can ask for help with EtherPK in the community on Discord or by email. Many questions already have an answer elsewhere in the docs, so check Troubleshooting first. It lists common problems by what you see on screen.

The EtherPK community on Discord

Join the EtherPK community at https://discord.gg/m9vScxQzvp to ask questions and suggest features. Other people who use EtherPK answer there, and so do the people who build it.

You need a free Discord account to join. Everyone in the server can read what you post, so never post a password, your Recovery Code or an access token.

Email support

Email mail@appsoftware.com for help with your EtherPK Account, billing or Sync+. The address belongs to App Software Ltd, the company that runs EtherPK's managed service.

If your graphs sync through a custom server, a Sync Server other than EtherPK's, the people who run it answer questions about your account on it. The community on Discord can still help with the app itself.

Bugs and feature requests

Report a bug or ask for a feature as an issue in the EtherPK Client's repository on GitHub, at https://github.com/appsoftwareltd/etherpk-client/issues. For a bug, say what you did and what happened instead. It also helps to name your browser and device. You can raise either one on Discord first if you want to talk it through.

Security problems

Report a security problem privately, never on Discord or in a public issue. Open the Security tab of the EtherPK Client's repository and select Report a vulnerability.
